Had a blast on my vacation in the Philippines with my family and my beautiful Ducati S2R monster. Sorry about the video my GoPro was not working and had to use my iPhone instead. I miss my family and can't wait to go back. It's more fun in the Philippines.

I love riding bikes especially installing upgrades. Here's a video clip i made doing the upgrades. Installed the Termignoni Slip-on exhaust and did a sound check. Removed the servomotor together with the flapper valve assembly and bowden cable. Ducati performance Brake and clutch levers, DP Clutch Case Cover and Carbon Rear Fender. DP Carbon License Plate Holder and Euro Turn signals.

Not bad for my first Cal45 practice fire. First 5 shots trying to hit the cowboy ending up groupings below the cowboy, Second part trying to hit the X mark but ending up hitting the # 10 x1 plus the X X2. 3 shots fired at the X and 2 shots fired on the cowboy.

Can you tell me the affect of installing the slip on and the new map? Does it smooth out lower rev performance? How does it compare to standard?
Best "upgrade" I ever did was scoring an 899 stock seat, which has more cushion and has more grip, off eBay for $50. Highly recommended!

Do you find the Termi a lot louder than stock, also did you fit the upload as I've herd in the UK only a dealer can do the installation. Great video 👍
echoid I did the install my self and the up-map. The Termi is just a bit louder but for the best part you loss a lot of weight.

How do you feel about your slip ons? Due to your video I think I will be leaving my stock exhast on since it sounds exactly the same to me. At least until there are enough funs for me to purchase the entire exhaust system. Thanks for sharing.
Andy Sarria The slip ons are great. Have you ever heard them at high RPMs? it is loud compared to the stock ones but if I were you get the Akrapovic full system.

My Clutch Lever is hard to pull in when i want to shift, what is the problem?
If your Brake fluid is dark i recommend replacing it.
Someone asked earlier but I can't find an answer. What carbon tail tidy kit has been used on your bike. If its an OEM kit would you mind supplying the part number so I can purchase it on pure Ducati. Cheers mate.
It's called the Ducati Panigale Carbon License Plate Holder and the part number is 96901112A. The Euro turn signals that I installed are smaller but looks like OEM.

It has a reason Why the bar ends are so Heavy and big....
Does the clutch cover have any other purpose than cosmetic?
It's not just cosmetics, if you drop the bike it will save the clutch cover. The clutch cover is more expensive than the carbon fiber protection cover.

Nice bike indeed. Those were some heave bar ends, did the bars vibrate more with the lighter bar ends ?
Never had any problems with the lighter bar ends. The bar ends that I installed were from my Ducati 1198 that I sold. Late 2012 Ducati came out with heavier bar ends so I've decided to order me a set.
Question, on my 2014 1199, the flapper valve remains in the open position by default when I take off the servo motor. Do I still need to take the flapper valve assembly off?, or can I just leave it in the open position and continue with the install? Thanks

In the beginning, when you remove the license plate holder, there is a whole where the cables go thru...Afterwards you install back a cover to close the whole, THAT cover, is that a piece of the original holder or was that delivered with your new license plate holder? Regards

Cool bike! However, except for the exhaust, the other 'upgrades' are pretty pointless from a performance perspective. Think I'll stick with my 1198 for a while!
O-ring idea is a good one. Rattles are always distracting to me (is something coming loose -- my pinch bolts!!) Good to use rubber gaskets/o-rings to take the rattle out of the mount -- which must be mounted with play in it to allow movement -- I think to prevent binding.
